MW2 Limited Edition packaging includes night vision goggles
Do you all want to see the unboxing of the entire set of Modern Warfare 2. Here we have a video of it. This was officially unboxed by Robert Bowling, the Community Manager of Infinity Ward, aka FourZero Two.
After seeing the video it is sure that we say goodbye to the cat helmets, sound tracks, art books and even to behind the scenes DVDs. This game’s Prestigious Edition reminds of a new baseline in collector’s editions of games.
Let us give a quick check on what is there in the box.
There is an art book in the box, an arcade code and some limited edition packaging including a night vision goggles.
Electronic Arts (EA) been throwing punches at Modern Warfare 2 for sometime claiming that the new Battlefield: Bad Company from the DICE studio would have dedicated servers for the PC gamers. It will be valuing the importance of PC gameplay and also customization of it.
Jens Uwe, headmaster of the European division of EA, said in an interview on Friday, “In March we will launch Battlefield: Bad Company 2, which is our first strong attack on Call Of Duty… The shooter space is one we don’t want to give up. It’s an important genre and we were the number one. So we are certainly working on how we can get that crown back and Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is an important product in that context.”
One who has played first Bad Company as well as the Modern Warfare titles may be knowing well that the games are very different in style and also in gunplay. We may also have found out that DICE is on the way of making some changes in it such as making the enemies more easier to kill to fall in line.

The price has not been confirmed yet, neither has sales of this edition anywhere. The SPECIAL EDITION is a metal tin with a MW2 poster. The COLLECTOR’S EDITION is this version.

look!!! the hardened edtion does not come with the night vision goggles all it is is a metal case and the game comes in it.the prestidge edition comes with everythink eg, goggles,metal case,posters,book, and game, a price has not been set for it but it will be well over £100.00 GBP easy! as night vision goggles are around £250.00. so start saving lol

Ok. Here’s the deal I talked to a guy at EB games.. he said the regular version is $60 the hardened is $100 and the prestige is $150… preorders for the prestige edition require a $25 deposit (At least at EB) and there are only 200 being released to each store. When i checked last week there were already 100 pre-ordered. as far as the price… I challenge anyone here to find a pair of military grade nvg’s for under $200… as far as i can tell… 150 for the game the extras and the goggles is beyond reasonable.

the nvgs are NOT military grade. these can only see upto 50 yards so they aren’t that great. but for 150 for the games and nvgs its ok. you can get cheap nvgs that sees upto 50 yards for around 50-70 bucks each easily. thought i’d throw that out there. i’m still unsure about the bundle but i’m definitely getting the game. trying to decide which bundle to get.

umm they seem like 1st Gen Nvgs but slighthly crapper and i belive the front has infared LEDs so its real but range isnt so long.You can make a Camera into a Night Vision Camera just get Infared LEDs simple ;P ill say its alrite if it was fake why would they put infared Leds on the Nvgs u see in the pictures they r still Nvgs so yeaaa…
