How About Pre-Ordering COD: Modern Warfare 2 for Free?
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is on the way. November 10 is nearing and the trailer of it has created a lot of hype and interest to make us crazy to get our hands on this game. Who does not want to get it as soon as it is launched? At least we at COD 6: MW2 community have gone crazy to preorder a copy of the game.

I have already made a pre-order for Modern Warfare 2 earlier when I discovered a website that can help me out to get the game free of cost without any money. Yes, you read that right. Points2Shop, the website, gives points for completing online surveys and these points can be redeemed for anything on Amazon.com. Isn’t it interesting? The online survey form is even easy to fill up.
After completing a few surveys on a regular basis in my free time I have already generated enough points to redeem about $500 worth of goods from Amazon.com. For Amazon, we are well aware that it has pretty much everything. You can also get the following on Amazon.com: Xbox Live, Xbox 360 games and a load of other stuff. You can also pre-order Modern Warfare 2 there as I did already earlier.
Just head on to Anything For Free on Amazon and get your video games for free next time.
Modern Warfare 2 owners will double than the original

It is well said that Activision has not to worry for Modern Warfare 2. From the past two series of Call of Duty, it has been proved that Activision is the leader in the gaming industry. It has always dominated the videogame market. It has a knack for owning pretty much every genre it sets its sights on conquering.
The original Modern Warfare is still a hot selling. So, it is never a surprise for Activision to keep an expectation for the Modern Warfare 2 to crush the competition this year.
The publishing CEO of Activision, Mike Griffith, said that for all of their titles they have goals and they totally expect Modern Warfare 2 to be one of the largest title in the video game industry in 2009.
We have also come to know through sources that Griffith predicts MW2 owners will be almost double than the original Modern Warfare. Modern Warfare 1 was launched in 2007.
Demo of Modern Warfare 2
Always there were questions raised for keeping the name of Call of Duty in Modern Warfare 2. The question is rational too because Modern Warfare 2 is the sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
Recently the concept of dropping the Call of Duty name was explained by Robert Bowling, the community manager. He speaks to MTV as to why Infinity Ward has taken this decision.
He said that the game is called only Modern Warfare 2 because Infinity Ward wanted to emphasize on the fact that Modern Warfare is a direct sequel to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. A quote from what he said to MTV: “This has never happened in Call of Duty before. They’re typically their own campaigns and totally unrelated to the previous one. This one, is indeed a direct sequel and we just want to make that clear.”
Here is a video of the demo of Modern Warfare 2 from the E3 conference in Los Angeles.
The demo of MW2 was awesome
All those who have missed the demo at the Galen Center in Los Angeles on the occasion of E3 conference, here is how it was. First of all let me tell all those who were unfortunate the domo of the game was awesome. The graphics were unbelievable and in fact everything was pulse pounding thrills.

The demo of CoD6 opened up with a precarious climb up icy cliffs. It looked as if the the game was like a prelude to an assault on a snowy mountain encampment. The graphics of Modern Warfare 2 is definitely more than what gamers expected. In the game one can make out that there has been done a good job of conveying a sense of danger and being trapped in the snow.
When the demo of MW2 got into action the hazy snow atmosphere in it gave a nice fog of the war atmosphere. The lethality against the enemies is seen to be remained high with most of the enemies falling from one to two shots only. The muffled rifle sound amazing. It sounds too much realistic.
CoD6 getting unveiled at E3
CoD6 is getting unveiled at the E3, the Electronic Entertainment Expo. Convention on Tuesday. This will be a rare early look of Call of Duty 6. It seems the studio is putting some finishing touches to the game.
The game is like one of its seemingly impossible missions. Players as an elite fight specialist will follow the task force leader Captain “Soap” MacTavish. He climbs a sheer ice floe in the land of Kazakhstan.
The sound of the crunch louds as the ice ax and crampons penetrate the frozen cliff face. Players will, in the game, attempt a death-defying leap, a gap in a cliff ledge. When the players fall, McTavish grabs on and pulls to safety.
On its way, players also join in Black Hawk Down-style urban fight in the towns of Rio de Janeiro. There are also infiltration in Afghanistan cave camp and of course wage underwater battles.
This October comes the challenge of Modern Warfare and Battlefield: Bad Company. Medal of Honor of Electronic Arts is being released on October 12 and it will challenge both the games for the top spot in the FPS genre.
Last week at E3 gaming event the stills and multi-player footage were released. The footage bound to bring comparison with the MW2 and BBC2.
The styles of the game is similar to the MW2 and BBC2, but MoH appears to concentrate on points and not focus on kills as MW2 does.
Below is the footage of Medal of Honor:
