Forum Game - Ban the person above you

This game was on another site and I enjoyed it immensely.  I couldn't find it anywhere on this one so we can try it.  The rules are simple.  You ban the person above you for any inane reason that you can come up with as long is it sort of applies.  It can get really funny. :)  I'll give an example on myself.
