steam problem

Hi
I don't write very well English but i am doing my best :)
Every time i want to play to cod6 i must réinstalle all it wants always to télécharge from the internet but i have game in CD.
Is it possible to play noramly ??? whit out steam ???

You can't play this game without steam.  Another great screwup in the design of this game amongst many.
