how much do I know!!! i have been in the military for over 20 years, as a marine special operations sniper, and a captain in the delta rangers.
the reason you see so many friendly shootings is because we are doing all the work. i have seen your so called army and i am not impressed. as for the nuke, that is just one example, to show you we are smart enough to beat any country. remember this when you debate. have firsthand experience in what you are talking about.

I'm actually currently in Iraq due to I'm wicked pro and wanted to shoot people for real so I joined up and became a grunt. Should be home in a few months. The boys and I over here play MW2 on System link a lot due to we don't really have much to do on our off time. So I was looking for a good community and this seems to be a good choice, hopefully it is . Seems to be a bunch of active members and that's what it takes to make a good community. Anything else just give me a reply. Oh and shoot em' in the face.

Fair points, but I'm going to have to re-direct your own question back to you, how much do YOU know about YOUR army??

The British are technichally not your bitches for one simple fact, we are the ones that have been called in to train most of your army because of the reason stated in my last post, we are the most skilled army in the world.

Plus, any war America goes into you are always asking for the help of the British, and WHEN we join you, we kinda have to 'cause you did save our asses in WWII, then most of Europe will join you too. BUT the very second we pull our troops out, the rest will follow for one simple reason, if they stay alongside America they know they'll be shot by a friendly or are just simply fighting a losing battle. You should really dig deeper before stating facts that haven't been true for a good 10 years now, at the very least.

And as for the nuke, well... You created the one weapon that has the potential to completely wipe out the earth, you're really proud of that? Now nearly every country has a nuke and if WW3 ever came about, everyone launches a nuke, radiation spreads, waters are polluted and the earth is screwed, and before the sarcy response of 'stop playing fallout and get life' comes around, that is the fact of the matter, read a few FACTUAL post-apocalyptic books and they all have pretty much the same storyline.

Sorry man but if you're gonna counter-reply me again, please search for thigns that are actually true maybe??

as for the brits being most skilled, they can thank us for that. we have saved them so many times because they were not "skilled" enough to do things themselves. where do you think britain got most of their training after world war 2?

about us only having money and numbers. what exactly do you know about our military? maybe the fact that we have discovered the worlds greatest technology ever. for example, this thing called a nuclear bomb. maybe you have heard of it. we have even won wars before we were rich.

you cannot compare the rangers to the spetsnaz. as strong as our rangers are they would probably lose. you are comparing the strongest part of the russian army to a medium part of ours. take delta force for example. even outnumbered, we could earily defeat them. no offense but the british are our bitches.

Now, I know that this post hasn't had any attention in quite some time but some of the things said in this post were very forth-coming and nobody else seemed to see that outlaw was actually telling the truth. Some 'facts' that he stated were mis-leading and inaccurate e.g the raffica doesn't exist, you can do more damage with full metal jacket rounds than normal rounds and so on... What wasn't touched on, and from what I can see was damn right ignored is the fact that he IS right, in many aspects.

Allow me to ellaborate.
Riot shields are NOT completely bulletproof, pound enough rounds into that thing and you WILL do more than just crack it + no matter how strong or trained you are if you were holding a r.shield and an RPG hit it directly, you would definately fall to the ground and not shake it off as if some kid had just thrown a lollipop at you.

The perks... I shouldn't have to say anything on the subject, Marathon, Lightweight and Commando?? When was the last time you saw a Brit, American, Afghan, Brazilian or a Russian run around in a firefight with nothing but a knife. Its just damn right stupid, MASSIVE fail on IW's part there.

The sniping... What happenned? You'd think that they would have at least TRIED to make it more realistic, again, when was the last time you saw or heard of a profesionally trained soldier/sniper raising the scope to his eye in less than a second (SOH Pro) firing, and killing people whilst, again, running around the field. Snipers MUST remain in a suitable position (preferably prone but possible in other stances) to get the accurate shots a sniper needs, not running around the battlefield like some lunatic that appears to have induced dangerous levels of crack cocaine. Not only that, but once a sniper has raised the scope to his face, the sniper must then adjust the scope to the right distance so that he can see clearly and its completely blurred out.

Ninja... What was said in the reply about the silent footsteps was fair, walk SLOWLY and you can, most of the time people with ninja are sprinting as fast as they can and still.... silent fooststeps?? Explain that one.

Knifing... You can knife someone in the foot, they die.. Hand, they die.. roughly 3cm away from their body.. guess what? They die!! How is that even possible?

Real Life... Even though Russia and America never went to war with each other directly, America would win if they had.. but only because of one simple fact. America have too many soldiers and too much money that there brains just can't cope. If, say, 500 American Rangers faced 500 Russian Spetsnaz, the Spets would win hands down. The ONLY thing that makes America so powerful is there numbers and funds, NOT the fact that there actually trained with the skills needed to survive. The Spets on the other hand are the most trained army in the world, they can do all sorts of crazy things! Hence why on the news you hear of a 'friendly fire' incident from the Americans more than any other country. Just for the record, the Brits are the most skilled army in the world and the out come would be the same wereit 500v500. Sorry America for the offence, it hasn't been intended at all but the truth is the truth. The title of most powerful army in the world is an arguable subject between America and the Koreans in my opinion, but again, neither of the two countries have any sense so it doesn't really matter. Although the Koreans do think more tactically if im not mistaken?

Last Stand... The only way last stand is countered in the game is if they are killed with a head shot, where as in reality, a shot in the head is NOT the only way to kill someone instantly, for example, neck shots, chest shots(heart mainly), specific places in the gut area.

'Tubing'... One thing, one MAIN thing that gives cod6 its bad rep is the 'noob-tubing'. On every single map in the game, shipped and dlc, save 1 or 2, all anybody has to do is aim their thumpers or their M203's at the right angle in the right direction, with said impossible perk danger close on, and you could potentially wipe out the whole team in one fell swoop. Now for someone like myself who USED to play search and destroy on this game it could potentially force someone to throw their controllers or moniters or whatever out of the window.  IW could have at least added a bit of spawn protection from these dastardly little devils! ++ With One Man Army thrown into the mix, that gives them the ability to fire as many tubes as they want.... that really wasn't thought out now was IW??
In case anybody replies (if anybody replies ) saying that spawn protection would make the game less realistic, then there's two things.
1. It doesn't need any added help being less realistic, its accomplished that on its own merits.

2. It would make the game much more enjoyable with the 1000's of deaths less that will be happenning.

Replies would be interesting but I guess I'd be lucky to get any eh?
I'm not denying that MW2 doesn't have its pros hidden underneath all of these cons. But uh... at this moment in time, none spring to mind... any insight available?
