Title: I'm stepping down. Post by: Technine on October 10, 2009, 02:05:00 PM I will be abandoning my role as an Administrator on this website. As well as no longer continuing activity.
Yes, I know that was hard to swallow. But I have my reasons. One; my interest has been lost in this site, we all have been hand-fed info from Infinity Ward, therefore making it pointless to start threads about it and whatnot. Two; we are lacking traffic. It has only been downhill since IW stopped keeping everything under wraps. I feel that I'm wasting my time Admining/Moderating maybe 7 or so active members. Three; lack of control. Since none of the Admins are the webmasters of this site; that gives us very little control in taking things in our direction, and doing things the way we want. We do not own this site. Four; this site will die. It is dying as we speak. I do not want to be here to see the death of it. And.. Five; I am losing time to put effort into this. I have a job, school, as well as a semi-professional snowboarding contract which all need to be upheld. In conclusion, I just want to say Thank You. I've been part of this for a while, and hate to see it end. There were some very nice people here and we have been through a lot of changes. I'm hoping to see everyone again in 2 years when we start picking away at MW3. It was a good run, guys. Cue outro music. Title: Re: I'm stepping down. Tech is a very motivated and creative admin, he just has other things on his plate.

this is really sad to hear that Technine is leaving us.. Ireally thought that this was a forum on recovery.. I mean last 4-5 days has been low as far as Modern Warfare 2 is concerned.. Dont you guys think? I saw the other 247 forum as well and they also lacked their "normal activity".. I guess this forum is surely on a resurgence.. I have got traffic stats with me, and it does shows an increase in traffic... I hope he would occationally visit the forum in future and help us out.. Thanks. I like the idea of a tips and hints thread(s). Maybe make a Campaign guide contributed by people who asked for a level? Like we figure out all the levels, then we assign a level to a person. This person makes a detailed tactical guide on how to play it and special stuff inside. If each up the levels is done like this, then we can have the most extensive, and player savvy, guide on the internet! Title: Re: I'm stepping down.
