please help

I can get to the lobby but then all i get is the online status box up for ages trying to find a game saying the matchmaking server is connected????

Annoyed much, please help

This kinda happened to me but if you got a modem unplug all your cords except the Xbox ones and then plug them in and it should work. If you got a router just do the same thing..
