Fresh gameplay footage
One more footage of the much awaited game Modern Warfare 2 has arrived. This footage of the game tells more about what the gamers and fans are expecting from it.
We can see more of the snow level in this new mini video. The scale of the game is also detailed through this video. Now it seems that Modern Warfare 2 will be a more flexible game. Lets check the example the snowy Kazakhstan level. This will have players walking through a snow storm with a heartbeat detector. During one of the missions they will be locating enemies.
Now it also seems, through this new video, that players will move through stealthily or else they would go all out but have everyone alerted to their presence. This will in fact also let the gamers to decide about how they play this game.
The new technology of MW2 also makes it for bigger levels than it was available before. This game will be set apart from Call of Duty 4 by its levels such as mountains, slums, “underwater scuba based levels” and also castle settings.
Full length trailer set to hit
Few hours from now and all the fans of Modern Warfare 2 will get to see the full length trailer of the game on TNT TV channel. Gamers keep great expectations from MW2. Before the trailer is released, just let us check out few expectations of gamers.
Twenty days before we carried an article Gamers want more of weapons in CoD6. Lots of comments poured in suggesting many useful features to be there in the game before it is finally released in November this year. Hope someone from the MW2 studio may read the comments and suggestions of gamers.
Here are few of the most common of those comments:
• More weapons would be great. Sick of installing add-ons and mods to use different weapons after a few weeks of gameplay.
• Yes, Do not put tanks in it they are nooby, although they are modern dont put them in, and also keep the same system like kill streaks, 3,5,7.
• Tanks should be there and have boat battles or get to fly a helicopter in the game I would buy that.
• There should be random zombie outbreaks at a rate of 1-100 on each multiplayer map.
• I would like to see the HK 416 and 417, the barrett M468, the magpul masada, and the Beowulf 50.
MW2 must have title of the year: Michael Griffith, Activision boss
Many of you wanted the CoD title on MW2. Here is a good news for all the CoD fans. Recently a confirmation had come from Activision that the brand ‘Call of Duty’ is back in the title of CoD 4 sequel, Modern Warfare 2.

Activision boss Michael Griffith announced during the quarterly earnings of Activision call last night that he expects the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 to be the “must-have title of the year.”
Giving a flash back, he said that when the original Modern Warfare was introduced two years before it set a new bar for first person action games. He also mentioned that the catalog sales for Modern Warfare continued to be strong and according to the current data, it has now sold over 13 million units globally.
Till now there has been no details leaked, but expect mags full of new information to land around E3 - where the big reveal will take place.
Meanwhile, there has been a very good response (comments) from all the readers about which weapon to keep in the game and which not in the article Gamers want more of weapons in CoD6
Gamers don’t want Juggernaut
One website yesterday published an article upon what the gamers want in CoD6. There has been a flood of comments and it is still flowing in. Few of the comments are really very rational and we keep the hope that it gives the Infinity Ward people a serious look before the launch of the game this November.

One of the readers wrote, “I would really love to see attachments for my primary weapon, along with silenced sniper rifles! Juggernaut sucks when you play against it, but its still part of the game and gives and extra challenge.”
Also check what one more reader writes about the juggernaut. He writes, “I don’t even use juggernaut; I use stopping power. Although if they do get rid of juggernaut, then I think they need to get rid of stopping power also. These two perks were designed to be in the game together. People that bitch about juggernaut are just babies who need to get better at the game. I hope they don’t get rid of juggernaut and keep stopping power just because a bunch of bitches are complaining about their lack of skill.”
Let us hope for better when the game is launched on the scheduled date i.e. 10th of November.
CoD6 ranks second on Xbox most wanted
Modern Warfare 2 or else CoD6 is the second most wanted on the Xbox 360. This is revealed from the data of GamePlan, a research group. The data shows that Halo 3: ODST is the most wanted Xbox 360 title. Modern Warfare 2 is followed.
ODST and the MW2 are the sequels in famed franchises, but not like others on the list represent nearly a quarter of all Xbox 360 gamers. Isn’t it impressive.

Next after CoD6 in the race is Madden NFL ’10. It has only 15% expressing intent on purchasing if compared with close to 25% of Microsoft gamers planning an ODST or MW2 purchase.
It is a bit interesting that MW2’s intent to purchase and pre-order tallies are nearly even in comparison to a much wider discrepancy among future ODST gamers. Why it is so?
The answer to this question may be that the fans of Halo are lazy bums who know ODST would not be in short supply come fall and if not then else they are waiting for further more juicy details of the game from the secretive Bungie Studios about the title before deciding if the investment is completely worth it.
This October comes the challenge of Modern Warfare and Battlefield: Bad Company. Medal of Honor of Electronic Arts is being released on October 12 and it will challenge both the games for the top spot in the FPS genre.
Last week at E3 gaming event the stills and multi-player footage were released. The footage bound to bring comparison with the MW2 and BBC2.
The styles of the game is similar to the MW2 and BBC2, but MoH appears to concentrate on points and not focus on kills as MW2 does.
Below is the footage of Medal of Honor:
